HMCS Preserver was Cold Moved (towed) from the Shipyards Machine Shop Wharf to Imperial Oil for Bunkers. Unlike Merchant vessels who get fueled by Algoma Dartmouth, The navy ties up directly at the pump.

I think the Fundy turbine is still in Saint John. Its return to Halifax was delayed by weather in the fall.
