USCG Morrow Bay put in this morning bound from the Great Lakes to Boston. Shes probably headed for a pre-winter work period, as these tugs work the lakes breaking ice in winter.

RCMP, DND, Coast Guard Auxiliary, United States Coast Guard, the French navy, fire departments from Chester and Mahone Bay, emergency measures organizations, paramedics and local ground search and rescue units are all taking part.
