The Marine Nationale De France vessel Fulmar arrived on Thursday for her annual visit. Fulmar is the French Governments marine presence in the waters off the Islands of St Pierre and Miqulon, and is used for fisheries patrol, Search and Rescue, and Law enforcement. She is a converted Fishing trawler.
