The French navy patrol vessel based in St Pierre and Miquelon is in Halifax until the 8th. She is tied up at Tall Ships Quay, Between Bishops landing and NSP. We wrote a bit more about her on an earlier Visit.

While Anchored on the waterfront, HMCS Halifax is closed to the public today for a Change in Command Ceremony. The outgoing commander is Rowed to shore, as the ships company lines the rails to salute, and cheer him off.
