High Rise, Low Chance?

A study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal looked at over 7000 unwitnessed out of hospital Cardiac Arrests in Toronto.

For those living below the third floor, the overall survival rate was 4.2% It was 2.6% if you lived above this level. Above the 25th floor there were no survivors.
