Noteably she <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marinelog.com\/index.php?option=com_k2&amp;view=item&amp;id=8719:uscg-detains-tanker-overseas-jademar&amp;Itemid=230\">failed a port state<\/a> control inspection in Washington State last year, due to faulty fire fighting equipment.
