That Last line, eventually broke, and she was spotted drifing by pier 21 when a tug was dispatched.&nbsp; Looks Like Halifax has a Case of piracy &#8211;&nbsp; from the Criminal Code of Canada<\/p>\n<p>Piracy<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4642267348226477777\" name=\"sec74subsec1\"><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4642267348226477777\" name=\"sec74\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h6>\nPiracy by law of nations<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n<b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4642267348226477777\"><span>74.<\/span><\/a><\/b>&nbsp;<span>(1)<\/span>&nbsp;Every one commits piracy who does any act that, by the law of nations, is piracy.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4642267348226477777\" name=\"sec74subsec2\"><\/a><br \/>\n<h6>\nPunishment<\/h6>\n<div>\n<span>(2)<\/span>&nbsp;Every one who commits piracy while in or out of Canada is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for life.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>R.S., c. C-34, s. 75;<\/li>\n<li> 1974-75-76, c. 105, s. 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4642267348226477777\" name=\"sec75\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h6>\nPiratical acts<\/h6>\n<div>\n<b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.blogger.com\/blogger.g?blogID=4642267348226477777\"><span><span>75.<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/b>&nbsp;Every one who, while in or out of Canada,<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>\n(<i>a<\/i>)&nbsp;steals a Canadian ship,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n(<i>b<\/i>)&nbsp;steals<br \/>\n or without lawful authority throws overboard, damages or destroys<br \/>\nanything that is part of the cargo, supplies or fittings in a Canadian<br \/>\nship,<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n(<i>c<\/i>)&nbsp;does or attempts to do a mutinous act on a Canadian ship, or<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div>\n(<i>d<\/i>)&nbsp;counsels a person to do anything mentioned in paragraph (<i>a<\/i>), (<i>b<\/i>) or (<i>c<\/i>),<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\nis guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fourteen years.<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>R.S., 1985, c.
